  Bob is the best! If you're looking for serious fitness, this place is it. I am in my 40s and came here to get in really good shape. Bob is professional, friendly and knows what he's doing. He will take you from beginner to advanced using a pace that is your own. I had a great time during my time there, met some great people and got in better shape than I have been in since my early twenties.
  Highly recommend this gym!
