  I purchased a Groupon that I was never able to use.
  I attempted to call the number listed on the app for the voucher and there was never an answer. The message stated that due to volume of calls the only way to book was through the website. Over the last few months I tried the website on 3 different occasions and the appointment server was not working. I finally called empire beauty which is the store front that threadology works out of and they stated that they had received several calls regarding the site. They advised they would call the owner and call me back. Empire Beauty employee did call me back and advised they would be available until 7pm on 02/15 so that I could come in. I showed up at 530pm and was advised by the cashier for Empire Beauty that the threading girl had left for the day at 5. She gave me a card for the 2 owners of threadology. I called and left a message with no return call. I walked in to a European wax center in the same shopping center. I spent $40 and got my wax done that day. I still haven't received a return call from threadology. That is way too much work for $6. The voucher expires next week and I have no desire to attempt to use it again. Worst experience with a Groupon.
  The business is open 8-5...sometimes....apparently no one knows.
