  I didn't think Pilates was for me, but Michelle tailors every session to meet your individual needs and physical ability. I leave every session feeling like I've made progress and I always look forward to the next session. Also, I get to put on whatever music I like which is really cool. Ask her about Physical Vascular Therapy so you won't be as sore the next day :)
