  I went to see Joulie at Joulie Medosch in La Jolla. She is the only person who will EVER be allowed to dye my hair!!! She has taken me from dark brown boring hair to a mixture of honey blonde's and carmels. My man is so thrilled and has made me swear I will never go back to dark boring hair again. Joulie is great at listening and understanding what you want to do with your hair. Joulie has gone above and beyond to be gentle with my fine damaged hair - in fact, my hair looks healthier after the process (which if anyone knows going blonde is one of the harshest things you can do to your hair!). And she has transitioned my hair from dark to light so seamlessly! She gave my long fine locks a great new cut with multiple layers in a way I have never had done before. Pictures are coming soon! Joulie is the best and if you didn't know she is also a hair color educator! So run to see her today! You will be more than thrilled!
