  I have my first bar class with Amber. She is so upbeat and funny! I really appreciate it how welcoming she was. As for the class, I got a really intense workout. The poses and positions were not as repetitive as other bar studios I've been to. They have an app that makes it easy to see and check in two classes. If you forget your yoga mat, non-slip socks, or towel, you can rent one. There yoga mats rent for $2 (Bring cash because there's a $5 minimum for credit cards). They provide locks for the giant lockers. The bathrooms were very clean. There were showers in the back which is great if you need to go to work. There is a childcare facility for kids. Check out their website because it has a comprehensive list of their rules and information about both of their studios. There is also a link to their Rewards program which gives you free stuff and classes.
