This is a 5-star crossfit/athlete gym. I went for the first time with my wife last Friday to see our friend and work out with her. Our friend is a member of Code 3, and always raves about it to us. The gym is very well laid out and organized. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the layout and its aesthetic as well as function. Space and equipment were clean and well cared for. And there was plenty of equipment for our 8 person class. My wife and I live 25 minutes away...and if that were 15 minutes I'd be a member in a heartbeat. Makes me want to move closer, seriously! I've been in a lot of bad and average and OK gyms. This was a big improvement over those types. Our coach was Patrick, he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kept the class moving. Such a good experience, we hope to be back!
