  I'm Millitary and every time I come in for my covered cleaning they've refused to actually clean my teeth and instead schedule me for at follow up costing over $400/$500 out of pocket. They also insisted on their teeth whitening services, leaving out how painful it is, and my teeth have never been the same since. They are now stained, super sensitive, and lost most of their enamel. This office has completely taken advantage of my benefits and my family.
